This line includes:
1. Blow Moulding Machine Type Sidel SBO 4/4 S1, y.o.m. 1996, SN 288, 3ph, 415V 50Hz, with the following sets of GUPM moulds and capacities:
• 0.5L still products - 4800 bph
• 0.75L still products - 4800 bph
• 1.5L still and carbonated products - 4800 bph
• 2.0L still products - 4800 bph
• 2.5L still products - 3600 bph
2. Extra sets of moulds with different bottle designs from above as follows:
• 0.51. still products - 4800 bph

9. Filler-Rinser-Capper Monobloc, make Sarcmi, Model Azzurra PET 1R 30 50 6C 132 SN 317 Pitch 132mm and Right to Left operation. The maximum bottle size that can be handled is 115 mm diameter by 350mm height. Operating speeds:
• 0.5L still and carbonated products - 9600 bph
• 1.5L still and carbonated products - 7500 bph
• 2.0L still products - 7200 bph
• 2.5L still products - 6300 bph
Rotary rinser, make Procomac, designed for air blowing or water rinsing counterpressure filler, complete with laminar flow hood. Class 100,000 clean room and air-handling unit.
Twin capper turret with Zaikin cappers for 32mm (installed in 1987, SN 4703) and 28mm caps (installed in 1996)
Twin gravity cap hopper; Stand alone sports capper make Zalkin, model CA5320NG, SN 23644, y.o.m. 1999

11. Labelling:
• Krones Canmatic, SN KOM 730 094, y.o.m. 1987, designed for paper or plastic pre-cut, wrap around labels with hot melt glue, 2 labels per bottle possible
• KHS Innoket RF, model 25/180/8 RW6T, y.o.m. 2005, SN 204, designed for plastic/paper roll fed labels complete with auto-splicing device.
12. Inspection: Heuft, model Basic 9A/B2D, y.o.m. 2005, capable of detecting under-fill, overfill, no cap and no label.
13. Date coding: Videojet Excel Series 100 E94M10009
