Complete Concrete Wall Production Plant
The production plant was build in 1996 by H+H Celcon and has the latest technology from Skako.

The plant was taken into production in 1997. The finished products are complete walls in light concrete or normal concrete with or without steel reinforcement.
There are 14 tables each with a length of 16 m and 1 table is 12 m. All tables have individual heating systems. The width of the tables are 3.05 m.
All tables can be tilted up to 90 degrees so the trucks can easily remove the finished wall-element .
The yearly production is 140 000 m2 but the mixer has double the capacity, so it is possible to expand the production or use it for cement-trucks.
The thickness of the walls are from 10 cm up to 30 cm (normally 24 cm).
The production-line is state of the art and in very good condition.
